The Partnership is a 90-day support option for those who want ongoing, steady guidance and implementation as their business grows or takes shape. The Partnership is also perfect for anyone starting their business and they're wanting to fast track their start-up process.
Both are amazing starting points it simply depends on the level of support you’re looking for.
Do I need to know exactly what I need before starting?
Not at all. Many clients come to me feeling unsure about what to prioritise that’s part of the process. We’ll work through what makes the most sense for you and your business together.
Is this coaching or mentoring?
No. Undercover CEO is hands-on business support. While there is guidance and strategy involved, the focus is on helping you make decisions, set things up properly, and move things forward not just talk about them.
How does communication work?
Some work happens quietly in the background, and I’ll reach out when your input or approval is needed. I work in focused blocks so your business receives thoughtful attention, rather than rushed or reactive support. Inside The Partnership, we will have fortnightly catch-ups to see how everything is going for (this ends up turning out to be a beautiful friendship by the end of it).
How many clients do you take on at once?
I intentionally work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure quality support and care. Availability is limited and based on capacity.
Can I start with The Partnership instead of Executive Support?
Yes. Some clients prefer ongoing support from the beginning, especially when starting a business or building foundations over time. We’ll talk through what feels right for you before moving forward.
